This folder contains the video files and their annotation (txt files) for face detection evaluation.

There are ten (10) video files, Video##.avi, and their corresponding annotation files, Video##.txt.

In each annotation file, each line is the frame number in the corresponding video followed by the position of the bounding box for the face in this frame. The bounding box is represented as a rectangle with four corners around the face.

The values in the text files are given in the format as: frame no, x1, x2, y1, y2

With the above four values we annotate the four corners of the bounding box are as below:
(x1,y1) is the top-left corner
(x1,y2) is the bottom-left corner.
(x2,y1) is the top-right corner
(x2,y2) is the bottom-right corner.
Note, the origin (0,0) is at the top-left corner of each image.

All the ten video files are obtained from the YouTube and they have the following properties:
- All videos contain one face and there are changes in the face orientation.
- The length of each video is about 15 s each, roughly 450 frames with resolution
640 x 480.
- The videos contain some popular personalities in a lecture delivering environment.
- Both the camera and the person in the video are moving.
- 7 videos of male and 3 videos of female.
